We are looking for a talented developer or team with expertise in AI and platform development to help us create an MVP for a building solution project AI. This tool aims to enhance property management by providing residents with quick, AI-driven solutions to common maintenance issues while streamlining workflows for building managers.
Project Overview:
The goal is to develop an MVP that includes:
An AI-powered assistant or AI agent to identify, categorize, and prioritize maintenance requests.
User-friendly interfaces for residents and property managers.
Integration with existing systems (if needed) to ensure seamless communication and task management.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience designing and deploying AI agents that can understand user input, offer solutions, and escalate issues when needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience with AI tools, natural language processing (NLP), and AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, etc.).
Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
Experience building user-friendly platforms or apps.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Project Scope:
This is the first phase of a larger initiative. The MVP will focus on core functionalities and user interactions, with potential for long-term collaboration as the project scales.
