Build responsive WordPress site with song requests

I have an all-80s internet radio station that I’d like to convert my existing website to WordPress.

My website is: 80scentral.com

I want to customize the site with our photos, text and pages like DJ profiles, Show Schedule, Song Requests, which will utilize a php file.

I want to have the freelancer to set this up so we can change and update what is already established.
