Goal: To build a WordPress website that aggregates and shares deals, discounts, and promotions.
Front End Needs:
– The basic structure of the website should be created using HTML. CSS can style the page and JavaScript for interactivity.
– Frameworks like React or Vue for dynamic content updating
– The site should work on both desktop and mobile devices
Back End Needs:
– The backend could be built with languages like Python (Django, Flask), PHP (Laravel), or JavaScript (Node.js)
– An SQL or NoSQL database
– APIs and Scraping: Deals should be aggregated using APIs
– User Management: Handling user registration, authentication, and preferences can be managed using systems like OAuth, JWT tokens, or other to create accounts and manage sessions.
Real-Time Data and Notification:
– Site needs to have real-time notifications for users if a new deal is posted or if an existing deal is about to expire.
