Business Development Representative (BDR)

Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a vital role in driving our sales success by proactively engaging with potential customers. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to online inquiries, and following up with leads to schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in our vehicles.
Respond promptly to online leads and inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Qualify leads and gather necessary information to understand customer needs.
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with our sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointments set and leads converted.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or sales environment is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online lead management tools (e.g., Slack, Zendesk, Google Suite).
Ability to work independently and handle high call volumes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting daily/weekly goals.
Availability to work from 10 AM to 6 PM EST.

Pay is based on experience
