If youve done technical support for an ITSP actual technial support ie have a good understanding of networking. this is a similar experience. Experience configuring a router and a goood undertsanding of computers with a eargerness to learn are the type of candidates we are looking for moreso than someone ewith alot of experience. The Network Technician will ensure that network infrastructure tasks and user support needs are handled efficiently and effectively to support the company’s business. Ideal candidate will have some networking experience in a Windows environment. Will provide technical support to all users, upgrade hardware/software and help desk. The ideal candidate will be energetic, able to work well in a high pressure environment, and able to react to changing priorities, while delivering a high level of customer service to internal and external clients.
