We are looking for a developer ready to build a campaign for Google Ads, and who is fluent in English.

The idea is to get data from the CSV feed, which is refreshed by FTP, and make campaigns in Google Ads via API, with a similar scenario:
1. Build a campaign with the name: “New Make Model Year Trim Color”
2. Put phone number [value for new car sales]
3. Bidding strategy: Manual CPC [value] + Multiplicator of inventory
4. Location: Value, ability to add multiple locations
5. Location options: Presence: People in or regularly in your included locations
6. Languages: All Languages
7. Audience Segments: Select All, observation
8. Broad match keywords: Off
9. GRIP structure of ad schedule
10. Ad group:
• Name: Make + Model + Trim + Year + Color:

• Final URL: search for Make, Model, and Year on the New Inventory Page, choose a color from the filter

• Headlines filled out by default, but with the possibility to change it
• Descriptions filled out by default, but with the possibility to change it
• Images coming for the random five cars from the feed of that make model
• Business name: Plaza Auto Mall, with the possibility of changing it
• Business logo uploaded by default but can be changed
• Site Links: Add five random vehicles from SRP.
• Add Price Extension due to SRP.
We need to have a graphic interface to put the variables.
We need to be able to use our Campaign Builder for different websites, feeds
Keyword De-Dupper: we don’t need campaigns/ad groups with the same keywords
Refresh every 7 days, need to check all ad groups and add new positions
Ability to turn off some campaign types to prevent creating them
Ability to add additional descriptions and headlines from Google Spreadsheet for new vehicles types of campaigns
Login: Ability to create users
URL Checker – if items on the landing page aren’t available anymore, pause Ad Group and check every 7 days, if items are becoming available turn on Ad Group
