We are looking for a web design superstar for ongoing work.
Your samples shouldn’t look like anything we’ve seen before. We’re not looking for something that looks like a template included in X, Divi, etc. There needs to be a “wow” factor to it that says “this was made by an artist.”
You should have a strong background in design theory, colors, typography, layout, and modern best design practices.
You should be the kind of person who regularly keeps up with design publications and the leading voices in the industry. You regularly explore the experimental spaces in design, love to experiment, and create “experiences” rather than just “websites.”
At the same time, you have a knowledge of user behavior, and website conversions, so that you can also “put on your business hat” and proactively ask and answer questions that will help promote the success of the site in generating clients, leads, sales, etc.
