Looking for an engineer to help develop a rough grading plan. The plan needs to be prepared using our CAD standards. The first phase will be to take the existing survey and convert it into our CAD standard. An existing surface must be developed using civil 3d.
Once this is reviewed and approved, we can move to phase 2 and prepare a rough grading plan. A proposed surface using civil 3d must be created.
Once the rough grading has been completed, we will work on moving to the third phase, which is to create sheets.
The property is only 10,000 SF and will only need to be rough graded with a fence.
