I need someone competent enough to keep me on the right track as I am being forced to do this case pro se. Project length is open and based on experience. My case involves Civil Rights/Bivens violations; prior Civil Rights experience is preferred but not essential–only a strong legal background by someone familiar with the US DC court system and US appellate work is needed to help me. Any background in Civil Rights law will be helpful.
