We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the social media presence of our travel agency. The role will involve creating and curating content, including video reels and designs using tools like Canva and Photoshop. You’ll be responsible for planning, posting, analyzing engagement metrics, and preparing monthly performance reports. The ideal candidate should also be skilled in using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to manage and segment our audience. We need someone versatile, proactive, and bilingual, capable of optimizing social media performance and driving engagement for our travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
-Create and edit video reels and other content.
-Use design tools (Canva, Photoshop) to create visually appealing posts.
-Analyze social media statistics and provide insights in monthly reports.
-Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistent content delivery.
-Work with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to track customer interactions.
-Engage with the community and enhance brand visibility.
-Provide creative ideas for campaigns and content strategies.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
-Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
-Strong video editing skills (Reels, Stories, etc.).
-Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
-Ability to analyze data and create actionable reports.
-Bilingual (Spanish/English) with excellent communication skills.
-Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
-Proactive and creative, with an eye for detail.
