After completing your personal SWOT, share it with your team and begin a team discussion leading to a team SWOT for this project. Your assignment submission for Q2 should be the same for everybody on the team. Note, if you have chosen to do an individual project, please use Q2 to a) justify your working individually and b) set up to do a team SWOT for your project as a team, that is, how would you do the SWOT differently within the team.
