Create an ai platform similar to Pictory that can convert text to video

I am looking to build an ai platform similar to Pictory? This platform will function just like pictory but will be focused on African Folktales story videos.

For Images: The API connectivity will be with ChatGPT (for quality images that will be converted to videos) and Leonardo.ai

Eleven Labs for voice etc.

Features:

Text to Video (video lenght can be up to 60mins long)
Images to video
AI Video Editor
URL to Video

This is niche market focused on African Folktales and so the quality of the videos and the narration must be great.
