We have one form that we need a fillable PDF’s created for.
Key requirements
1. Fillable on both Mac and Windows computers
2. Ability to save locally on both devices
3. Ability to email form once completed
4. Ability to print form once its complete
5. Ability to add a digital signature
If selected you need to be able to start immediately and deliver a version of the form by end of day, Thursday PST.
Attached is the content (document.zip).
Unzip the file and each page is a separate file (the files are numbered).
When you deliver the pdf, it should be one document.
Within the body of the text there is redacted content.
Replace the redacted body text with [XXXXX].
