We are looking for a Creative Content Director to lead the creative direction and production of scroll-stopping video ad content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
This role focuses on directing and editing content, not creating personal UGC. You will work with footage from our onsite videographer and user-generated content contributors to craft high-performing video ads. Responsibilities include developing creative vision, editing video content, managing UGC contributors, and collaborating with our marketing team to produce campaigns that inspire action.
We are seeking candidates with proven experience in creative direction and video editing, including examples of high-performing ads. Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro and an understanding of social media trends are essential. Experience working with user-generated content is a plus.
