Creative mathematician/STEM expert needed to create psychometric tests

I run an online community dedicated to helping students land an internship/graduate role in the UK. When applying, students have to complete and pass a “psychometric testing” stage that includes numerical and logical quizzes (multiple choice) – SHL or Kenexa are common providers. These questions do NOT require anything more than high-school level mathematics/logic skills.

I’m seeking someone to create custom practice test suites like these: the question, 4 possible answers, and a solution and step by step explanation.

A test has 20 questions. I’m looking to order at least 5 of these, of both the numerical and logical type, so there is a ton of opportunity to do great work.

It’s not required that you even heard of what a “psychometric test” is for this contract. However you need to be able:
– research similar questions and understand what psychometric tests are and what are some typical/common questions
– come up with somewhat original questions, but more importantly, able to come up with the simplest, fastest, most straight forward solution and explain it well. These absolutely need to be high-quality

For the numerical type questions, I expect TeX-style worksheets. Tables or graphs might need to be included.

For the logical type questions, I expect hand drawings where applicable (what shape comes next, what side of the cube can be seen, etc).

Important:
– I will provide access to my website so you can have a look around the product and see what questions I have in the bank so far. I’m planning to replace all of these. They were generated by ChatGPT but the quality is pretty bad. Anyway, they will be useful for you to get up to speed with the style and type of content I’m selling
– You are not allowed to use AI tools like ChatGPT at all. I will find out, and I’ll leave 1 stars and cancel the contract
– You are also not to copy existing questions from the WWW. If I find out, I’ll leave 1 stars and cancel the contract
