Responsibilities:
• Design and build a comprehensive CRM system within Go High-Level tailored to the auto hail repair industry.
• Create automated workflows for lead generation, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer onboarding.
• Integrate insurance claims processes and status tracking into the CRM.
• Develop and organize a centralized database for managing customer and vehicle details, repair progress, and communication history.
• Set up email, SMS, and call tracking functionalities.
• Build customizable reporting dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the system is user-friendly and includes training documentation or a tutorial for our staff.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Go High-Level CRM platform.
• Familiarity with the auto hail repair or insurance claims industry is a strong plus.
