Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Lead Flow, Marketing Automation, and Sales Specialist with specific expertise in Go High Level to optimize, automate, and manage our lead management processes. This role is critical in enabling our Inbound Appointment Setting Team to maximize lead conversion rates from warm replies to booked sales calls.

Your responsibilities will involve ensuring smooth lead delivery, designing workflows, and implementing automation processes that empower the team to handle inbound leads efficiently and effectively. You will also integrate and optimize tools like Instantly (for email inbound leads) and Expandi (for LinkedIn leads) within the Go High Level ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Delivery and Management:

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of inbound leads from Instantly and Expandi to the appropriate appointment setters.
• Optimize lead flow processes within Go High Level to maximize conversion rates from warm replies to booked calls.
• Monitor lead quality, ensure proper tagging and segmentation, and resolve any issues in the pipeline promptly.

Workflow and Automation:

• Design and implement Go High Level workflows that streamline lead nurturing, scoring, and routing processes for inbound leads.
• Build automations to reduce manual intervention, ensuring prompt follow-ups and efficient handoffs to the appointment setting team.
• Integrate Instantly and Expandi data with Go High Level for seamless lead tracking and management.

CRM and Tools Management:

• Maintain and enhance the functionality of Go High Level, including custom pipeline setup, automation triggers, and reporting tools.
• Optimize the integration of Instantly and Expandi into Go High Level to ensure data synchronization and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms and ensure all systems operate at peak performance.

Reporting and Optimization:

• Track and report key metrics, including lead response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline performance, using Go High Level dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in lead-to-appointment workflows.
• Continuously refine systems and processes to align with sales and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Go High Level, including CRM, automation, and pipeline management features.
• Familiarity with Instantly and Expandi and how to integrate these tools with Go High Level.
• Expertise in designing and implementing workflows, automations, and integrations to optimize lead management processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving lead conversion rates.
• Familiarity with sales enablement principles, including lead nurturing, scoring, and handoff optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with appointment-setting teams and understanding their workflows.
• Knowledge of cold email and LinkedIn outreach best practices.
• Background in setting up performance dashboards and tracking KPIs for lead conversion optimization.
