The responsibilities of a CRM Manager include:
1. CRM management – GoHighLevel
2. Lead management
3. Effectively communicate strategies and goals to ensure alignment across the teams
4. Modification and customization of the CRM
5. Recommend, plan, implement, administer, and evaluates effectiveness of services and resources with our CRM
6. Responsible for innovating and evolving CRM capabilities to develop a world-class competency and improve operational efficiency, data quality/reliability, marketing/sales effectiveness, and employee/customer experience
7. Implementing and processing documentation
8. Entering data of leads in our current CRM
9. KPI Tracking
10. Support business professional development and continued educational opportunities
11. Seek opportunities, both internal and external for professional development
12. All other duties as assigned or required.

The skills we are looking for in a CRM Manager are:
● Required: Proficiency in CRM like GoHighLevel
● Vast knowledge about navigation and control of the current CRM
● Advance GoHighLevel knowledge
● Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
● Strong and proven management aptitude
● Intellectual curiosity, the ability to derive connections and synthesize information and facts
