Project goal: To develop a custom CRM card in HubSpot enabling clients to schedule meetings with therapists directly from a custom object.
Scope of work:
– Create a custom CRM card within HubSpot for scheduling meetings.
– Implement a lightbox pop-up with a calendar showing therapist availability.
– Enable users to select a therapist and time, booking meetings accordingly.
– Incorporate options for in-person or Zoom meetings. – Automatically associate the contact linked to the Service object with the meeting.
– Ensure therapist availability reflects their HubSpot and Google Workspace calendars to prevent double bookings.
– Design the interface to be clean and modern, consistent with HubSpot’s style. (please see attachment for example)
