We are seeking an experienced developer or development team to create ListKits.com, an innovative IDX-integrated platform designed to simplify life for realtors. The goal is to provide automated, customizable marketing materials for real estate professionals, combining ease of use with visually stunning, AI-driven solutions.
The platform will generate marketing materials like flyers, postcards, social shareables (Just Listed, Coming Soon, For Sale, Pending, Sold, etc.), landing pages, and property profiles automatically upon the realtor listing a property. It will also include an app version for on-the-go access.
Key Features:
IDX Integration:
Connect to MLS to auto-populate property details and images.
Marketing Materials:
Flyers and postcards (similar to ListReports.com).
Social shareables (Just Listed, Coming Soon, For Sale, Pending, Under Contract, Sold).
Custom designs available for an additional fee.
Branding and Collaboration:
Realtors can customize default colors and branding upon signing up, but once they establish design & color, everything will auto-populate going forward.
Option for co-branded designs (Realtor + Lender or two Realtors).

5-10 listings/year: $49/month.

Option to purchase 36 branded social shareables (12 holiday-related, 12 real estate-related, 12 non-real estate-related).

Key Requirements:
