Project Overview: We are seeking talented graphic designers to create high-quality, print-ready artwork specifically designed to be printed on canvas shoes. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping our new collection by delivering designs formatted to the specifications of our printing process, ensuring they align correctly when printed while the shoe is on a platen.
This project is about getting one of our shoe print designs and we will share more design elements in messaging interview.
Scope of Work:
Design Creation:
Produce unique, visually appealing graphic designs optimized for printing on canvas shoes.
Ensure all design files are formatted and compatible with printing software such as Acculine, maintaining print alignment and high resolution for best results.
File Preparation:
Prepare print-ready files that meet specific parameters and templates provided, formatted for direct-to-garment printing while the shoe is positioned on a platen.
Mockup and Presentation:
Create mockup images using tools like Adobe Photoshop (with smart objects) or Placeit to showcase designs from different angles for website presentation.
Revisions and Collaboration:
Be open to up to three rounds of revisions based on feedback to ensure the designs meet our quality and style standards.
Skills Required:
Strong expertise in graphic design using software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
Experience in creating designs that meet the specific requirements for printing on canvas surfaces.
Familiarity with preparing print files for products on platens is a plus.
A portfolio showing relevant design work, especially for printed products or apparel.
Application Requirements:
Submit a brief proposal explaining your design process and approach to meeting print specifications.
Include examples of past work relevant to printed product design.
State your proficiency with relevant software and any experience with print preparation.
Budget: $30 test to get to first shoe design and explore working together. There is a lot more work if things work out.
Deadline: Initial concept designs required within 5 days, and desire to finish within 8 days.
