We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service and Sales Agent who is passionate about helping customers and has a knack for sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle both service inquiries and sales opportunities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information on products, orders, and services.
Sales: Identify and seize sales opportunities during customer interactions by recommending relevant products or services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or product issues promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Order Processing: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and returns.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Use your product knowledge to upsell or cross-sell additional items that would benefit the customer, enhancing their experience.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other customer service and sales team members to improve overall efficiency and customer experience.
