Are you passionate about helping people and providing top-notch support? We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This is a remote position where you’ll handle our customers’ phone, email, and chat support.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide clear, professional, and friendly support to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Reliable internet connection (you’ll need to demonstrate this as part of the application process).
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings or weekends, if needed.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Application Process:
To be considered for this role, applicants must complete three steps:
1. Submit a Video

2. Submit an Internet Speed Test
Record your screen while completing an internet speed test at speedtest.net.
3. Finalists will take a simple customer service rep skill test – we will provide a link if you are a finalist.
4. We will interview 1 -3 final candidates.
5. We will hire 1 – 2 new reps.
