Customer Service Representative (E-commerce Logistics and Support)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment of new store locations to serve as customer package pick-up and drop-off points. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new locations through both cold and warm leads.
• Reach out to potential partner stores to explain the benefits of joining our PUDO (pick-up and drop-off) network.
• Guide prospective store partners through the onboarding process, including answering questions and assisting with documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and registration
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong English written and communication skills.
• French is an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations and logistics is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Freshdesk and customer service tools.
