Customer Service Representative with Commercial Insurance Experience (Part-Time)

We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position requiring 4 hours/day, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Field basic inquiries, including general billing questions.
Route calls to the appropriate team member or department based on the customer’s needs.
Accurately log requests and escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions.

Requirements:
Prior experience in commercial insurance (preferred but not required).
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
A quiet, professional environment to take calls.
Access to a computer and reliable high-speed internet connection.
Ability to handle calls via a smartphone if necessary.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Hours:
4 hours/day, Monday through Friday.
Shift between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST or 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST.
