We are looking for a motivated and versatile Customer Service & Sales Specialist with a strong background in marketing to join our team. This role will involve engaging with customers over the phone, driving sales, and actively participating in marketing efforts to promote our company’s products. You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand our customer base through marketing campaigns, including email marketing and outreach to other companies.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries, offer assistance, and resolve issues.
Engage potential customers, present our products, and drive sales over the phone.
Follow up with leads and manage the customer lifecycle to foster long-term relationships.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Marketing & Outreach:

Research and identify potential companies to market our products to, creating opportunities for partnerships or sales.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive sales.
Create marketing materials and promotions that resonate with target audiences.
Assist in social media and other digital marketing efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, and marketing (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in email marketing and creating outreach strategies.
Knowledge of marketing tools and CRM software.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Creative thinking with a focus on generating new business.
