Position Overview
We are looking for an adaptable and motivated Data Analyst / BI Engineer to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in designing data strategies, creating insightful dashboards, and optimizing data workflows. If you enjoy pulling data from various sources and working in a startup environment, this role could be a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Dashboarding & Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, providing clear and actionable insights for teams across the company.
Data Management: Use Airtable and SQL to pull, organize, and maintain data across multiple platforms.
CRM Integration: Analyze data from Close CRM to inform strategic decisions and enhance sales and marketing efforts.
Automation & API Integrations: Familiarize and work with tools like Zapier and APIs to streamline data processes.
Database Management: Build and maintain SQL databases; AWS experience is a plus.
Scripting: Use Python for data manipulation and to support automation needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales & Marketing Analytics: Ability to analyze and interpret sales and marketing data to support revenue growth.
Startup Experience: Previous experience working in a startup environment.
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with AWS is a strong advantage.
Time Zone Availability: U.S. timezone overlap required; minimum of half-day overlap if outside the U.S.
