INSTRUCTIONS FOR DATA ENTRY
1. Job is due December 10, 2024 and the job is $40.00 US
2. Sample entries were made in excel
3. There are 7 columns. The data must be entered correctly.
4. Some of the numbers are not in order, be careful
5. The date must be as it appears on the PDF.
6. For event: the two number prefix, goes with each year (13- is 2013, 14- is 2014). For entries with no prefix, add the prefix (34612 should be 13-34612)
7. Supervisor is broken into two columns; rank and name. the Name may not be clear. Do the best you can.
8. Email any questions.
