We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Bookkeeper VA to manage and reconcile financial transactions for our online business. The ideal candidate is proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO), QuickBooks Desktop (QBD), and has hands-on experience with PayPal, Stripe, Amazon, and A2X integrations.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
Review and correct financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
Process transactions from PayPal, Stripe, Amazon, and A2X into QuickBooks.
Ensure financial data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Assist with tax preparation and provide financial insights.
Qualifications:
2+ years of e-commerce bookkeeping experience.
Advanced knowledge of QBO, QBD, and A2X.
Familiarity with PayPal, Stripe, and Amazon.
Strong understanding of financial statements and reconciliation.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
