Responsibilities:
* Returns/Refunds: Handle customer returns and refund requests, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
* minimal Customer Service interference: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
* You must be fluent in English. (no exceptions)
* Familiarity with Shopify, Zendesk, and google sheets will be essential in setting up and making edits to our online platforms.
* Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
* Problem-solving skills: Capable of resolving customer issues efficiently and finding suitable solutions.
* Organizational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
* Proficiency in Shopify and Zendesk: Prior experience or knowledge of these platforms will be highly valued.
* Empathy and patience: Demonstrates a customer-centric approach and remains calm and patient when dealing with challenging situations.
* Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy in order processing, data entry, and customer information management.
