We are a rapidly growing company in e-commerce education and consulting space, helping investors and entrepreneurs create scalable, automated e-com stores infused with artificial intelligence.
We need help from a skilled, experienced, native English speaking VA who’s tech savvy, experienced with Shopify store set-up, plug-ins, edits & e-commerce product research.
Qualifications:
– Perfect English
– Tech savvy
– 2+ years of VA experience with e-com Shopify stores
– High follow through, consistency
– Immaculate attention to detail
– Integrity (0 tolerance for fraud; hours will be disputed)
Compensation:
– $6.25 – $7.5/hr
– @ 160 hours a week equals $1,000 – $1,200/mo
– Possibility to start part time, grow into full time
– Options to growth up to $1,500/mo USD and beyond
Roles, responsibilities & tasks:
1. E-commerce product research inputted into spreadsheets
2. Shopify Store build out & edits
1. Duplicating and adjusting design of WordPress sites
2. Installing and customizing WooCommerce
3. Creating Shopify stores & installing plug-ins
4. Installing Meta / TikTok ads pixel onto websites
3. VA projects
1. Data entry, organization, insights (spreadsheets)
2. Tech implementation (wordpress, zapier automation, etc.)
3. HelpScout support tickets (questions + refund requests)
4. Booking, organizing trips, meetings, etc.
Personality tests:
– Please send us any/all personality test results (Myers Briggs, Hexaco, DISC and KOLBE scores)
– We’re looking for someone smart with immaculate attention to detail, high follow through / consistency (and we’d like to see personality tests that confirm it)
