Are you an expert in email deliverability and domain warming? We’re looking for a Contract Email Deliverability Specialist to help us set up our email infrastructure and optimize our campaigns for maximum inbox placement.
We currently have an account with HubSpot and we are trying to deliver over 150,000 emails to the inbox of leads we have in our database without it going into their Junk or Marketing Folders.
Responsibilities:
* Set up and configure email-sending domains, including DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
* Implement email warm-up strategies to build and maintain sender reputation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any deliverability issues, including blacklisting and bounce rates.
* Provide guidance on email campaign best practices for engagement and compliance.
* Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
* Deliver a comprehensive setup and training for ongoing maintenance.
