Preferred Candidate:

* Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email development.
* Prior experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Iterable).
* Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles for email.
* Familiarity with JavaScript or AMPscript (a plus).
