Employment issue

I got fired about two years ago for sexual harrasement. My employer supports transgender etc and also provided a internal video on our internal website called the A to Z app or website and the video shows someone exposing a sex change benefit and I also found a external video on YouTube. After I saw the internal video I reached out to this person and eventally got fired. I believe it’s a wrongful termination and I would like to hire someone to assist me to argue or do whatever needs to be done to help me to get my job back. I also want to argue that if you fail tests or get a ticket they can’t move you to a different team. I hope to hear back from someone who can assist me in this issue. I’m also open to negotiation a higher rate if needed to
