Event Marketing Coordinator
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution:
Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and networking events.
Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, contract negotiation, catering, and audiovisual needs.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Marketing & Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop event marketing strategies and campaigns.
Design promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content to drive attendance and engagement.
Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align event goals with business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, and sponsors.
Foster strong relationships with attendees, clients, and industry professionals to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
On-Site Coordination:
Manage on-site event operations, including registration, staff coordination, and troubleshooting.
Ensure a seamless attendee experience by addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in event planning and marketing, preferably in a corporate setting.
Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana).
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing hybrid or virtual events.
