Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support a range of tasks across multiple properties, with a strong focus on Airbnb and property management activities. This is a versatile role, requiring someone who is adaptable, communicative, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Airbnb Management: Handle booking inquiries, coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest messages, manage reviews, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Property Management: Organize and track property maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs and cleanings, and work with local service providers to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between guests, vendors, and other team members. Provide clear, timely updates on tasks and resolve issues as they arise.
• Admin & Scheduling: Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and managing reminders for ongoing tasks and projects.
• Project Coordination: Support ongoing and new property-related projects, including renovations, furniture installations, or utility setups. Help source and manage contractors or vendors as needed.
• Financial Tracking: Help with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as logging expenses, tracking budgets, and creating reports for property income and expenses.
• Research & Recommendations: Research local services, pricing comparisons, and best practices for enhancing guest experience, occupancy rates, and property management efficiency.
• Other Tasks as Needed: Support with ad-hoc tasks, including purchasing supplies, organizing documents, and helping set up new tools and processes as the business grows.
Requirements:
• Experience in Property or Airbnb Management (highly preferred)
• Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Airbnb, property management software, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of various tasks.
