Rare Flower Agency, an influencer agency based in Los Angeles, is looking to hire a virtual assistant.

Obligations:
– Serve as a point of contact for the agency’s clients and contractors;
– Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
– Create and edit content for the agency’s social media, website, and press releases;
– Data entry & spreadsheet management (Airtable);
– File and cloud storage management (Google Drive);
– Website management (Squarespace);
– Community management (Slack & Discord);
– Event management (Eventbrite, Facebook Events, Meetup);
– Draft SOP/operations manual (Google Docs & Dropbox Paper);
– Generate invoices based on template;
– Generate contracts based on template;
– Bookkeeping and expense management;
– Answer phones and take video calls;
– Manage agency partner’s calendar, prioritizing and scheduling internal and external meetings;
– Draft and outreach via emails, DMs (on Instagram & TikTok) and other communications;
– Recruit, train and supervise interns and new hires, ensuring learning opportunities.

Qualifications:
– Can work during 9AM – 2 PM Los Angeles time for at least 2 hours per day;
– Can speak good English and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment;
– Has fast internet speed and can upload/download large files;
– Has a computer and/or laptop and VPN service (if outside of US & Canada);
– Experience with tools such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides), Squarespace, Eventbrite, Zoom, Airtable, Clickup, Slack, Discord, Obsidian and Canva;
– Experience with bookkeeping and business agreements a plus;
– Experience with AI tools a plus;
– Familiar with basic social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
