We are Assistant Anywhere, a business consulting firm that helps provide businesses with operational support.
We’re looking for someone to provide administrative help to businesses. Intermediate experience would be great so you can bring your own skillset but we anticipate this role will be repetitive tasks and tasks with clear documented processes for you to follow. Example tasks:
– Pull regular reports from Asana and Harvest and highlight red flags
– Write standard operating procedure documents using our template and recordings/notes about the process
– Manage meeting notes for clients
– Document organization
– Over the top constant & clear, professional communication
– Research
– Project, ad hoc based tasks
Preferred skills:
– Asana
– Slack
– Google Sheets or Excel, data
– Basic Notion
– General business hour availability with 1-2 hour response times
– Ability to self-manage recurring daily tasks
– Calendar Management
– Inbox Management
– Detail oriented
For the time being, hours should be around 10+ per week as we ramp up and learn what your skills are. There may be a few weeks at a time where we have slow or busy periods so flexibility would be helpful.
