Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Director of Revenue is not your traditional administrative role. We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. This isn’t just about supporting leadership—it’s about driving operational efficiency, project coordination, and strategic alignment. With strong project management skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making, you’ll help bridge the gap between vision and execution.
If you have experience in marketing or sales and excel at streamlining workflows, analyzing data, and optimizing processes, this role is for you.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
o Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate roadblocks, identify solutions, and ensure tasks are executed seamlessly with minimal oversight. You’re always two steps ahead.
o Project Management Excellence: Oversee and coordinate marketing and sales initiatives, manage deadlines, and optimize workflows across teams. You keep complex projects on track.
o Communication Mastery: Act as the liaison between the Director of Revenue, leadership, and teams. Strong written and verbal communication is essential for aligning strategies and sharing key updates.
o Data-Driven Execution: Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and present data on KPIs, trends, and performance metrics. Your insights drive smarter decisions.
o Marketing & Sales Alignment: Support campaign planning, CRM management (e.g., HubSpot), and sales processes. Familiarity with marketing and sales workflows is a big plus.
o Process Optimization: Design and implement systems to enhance efficiency. Develop templates, checklists, and tools that make work easier and better.
o Adaptability and Agility: Manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks with ease. You excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
o Tech-Savvy Solutions: Comfortable working with project management tools like Monday.com, CRM platforms like HubSpot, and AI tools to automate and streamline processes.
o Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle sensitive information—like budgets, sales data, and executive decisions—with the utmost discretion.
Our Mindset:
At Vert, everything we do aligns with our Core Values:
o Put Vert First: Prioritize the team and company mission. We win together.
o Innovate or Die: Embrace process improvement and automation. Find smarter ways to deliver results.
o Nothing is Impossible: Face challenges head-on and find solutions to make progress.
o Own Your Mistakes: Learn, adapt, and implement changes to grow from every challenge.
o Radical Candor: Give candid, respectful, and constructive feedback to elevate performance.
o Data-First: Use numbers, not assumptions, to drive decisions.
