Executive Sales Support Assistant to the CEO of an Education Bootcamp Company

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, your role will primarily focus on providing administrative and sales support. Your responsibilities will include:
– Manage CEO’s LinkedIn inbox, responding to messages, and supporting engagement
– Oversee the CEO’s email inbox, maintain organization, prioritize response, and appointment setting
– Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring seamless time management
– Manage and updating the CRM with accurate client and sales data
– Handle Stripe links, facilitating payment processes, and other sales admin
– May occasionally need to support sales outreach
– Prepare documents, reports, and summaries as needed
– Support additional administrative tasks and projects as they arise

You’ll be a good fit if you meet the following:
– Can work between 8am-5pm EST M-F and have reliable internet access
– You have done this before! 🙂You should have a few years of experience as an executive assistant, supporting in a similar capacity.
– Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
– Proactive, communicative, and capable of working independently
– Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn management
– Experience in tools: Notion, ClickUp, and Stripe
– Proficient in GSuite for calendar management and email correspondence
– Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
– Able to gain core competence in new tech tools quickly
