Experienced HR Consultant/Recruiter & Executive Virtual Assistant (VA)

The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting me with the recruitment process for managerial-level positions, preparing for interviews, crafting outstanding resumes, improving soft skills, and handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & HR Consulting: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for managerial and senior-level roles. Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and provide recommendations. Help create and optimize job descriptions, advertisements, and recruitment strategies. Advise on recruitment best practices and HR processes.

Resume & Interview Preparation: Help craft and refine resumes for managerial-level candidates. Assist in preparing candidates for interviews, focusing on presentation, communication, and technical questions. Provide guidance on improving soft skills such as leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.

Marketing Support: Have detailed information and knowledge on basic and advanced concepts of marketing Guide through emd to end recruitment procedure

Virtual Assistance & Administrative Support: Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and appointments. Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment progress, and generate reports. Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, email correspondence, and organizing documentation. Provide general office support and assist with special projects as required.

Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an HR Consultant, Recruiter, or in a similar HR-related role. Strong business administration background with the ability to understand and apply marketing strategies. Expertise in recruiting for managerial or senior-level positions. Experience in conducting interviews and providing coaching to candidates.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on soft skills training. Proficiency in using various recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of business administration and marketing concepts to effectively contribute to the organization’s growth.
