We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Media Buyer to join our team.
This role is for an experienced individual who knows the ins and outs of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with additional experience across other ad platforms being a bonus.
We are focused on lead generation—not ecommerce. If you have ecommerce experience, please note that it will not be relevant for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
– Omni-Channel Audience Creation: Ability to create custom and lookalike audiences across multiple platforms.
– Advanced Server-Side Reporting (API): Expertise in server-side reporting to ensure pixels are as accurate as possible, with a deep understanding of API integrations for better tracking.
– GHL (GoHighLevel) & API Proficiency: Experience in Go High Level (GHL) and advanced use of APIs is crucial. Familiarity with Notion is a plus.
– Copywriting & Creative Testing: A basic understanding of copywriting and creative testing to conduct robust A/B testing, optimizing ad account structure and performance.
– Lead Generation Expertise: Proven track record in driving qualified leads (non-ecommerce). Experience in creating funnels that generate high-quality leads at scale.
– Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate and proactively solve issues before they are raised by the executive team.
– Scaling Ad Accounts: Demonstrated experience in scaling ad accounts, managing large budgets, and maintaining profitability while scaling.
– Client Reporting & Full Funnel Analysis: Responsible for providing weekly reporting updates to clients, going beyond just ad account metrics. You will be expected to take ads and copy from the creative team and test new ads as you see fit depending on the KPIs we’re looking for. Additionally, you will be expected to understand how to properly test ads within the ad manager.
This includes tracking and reporting on full funnel metrics such as:
Opt-in rate
Lead and booking rate
Booked calls and appointments
Purchases
Show-up rate
And more
Additional Skills:
– Budget Management: Experience managing large ad budgets across various channels while maintaining or increasing ROI.
– Performance Analysis: Ability to dive deep into data, analyze results, and make informed decisions for optimization.
– Campaign Strategy: Ability to develop effective campaign strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
– Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of ad platform policies and best practices to avoid account suspensions and stay compliant.
Requirements:
– You are expected to work independently. We do not have the time to train you, you must already have the skills required.
– You must understand compliance in the countries we advertise in (Switzerland, US, Canada, Australia, and more)
– Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
– Familiarity with both first-party and third-party tracking solutions to maintain high-level attribution accuracy.
– Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in lead generation (non-ecommerce).
