Finance Spreadsheet Organizer

I have been tracking my mortage using my spreadsheet – this consist of the mortgage, utilities, payments from tenants. I need someone to improve it, make it scalable, and transfer the logs over to to stessa.com. This includes:

– Migrating historical payment data (might need access to Venmo/Zelle or uploaded screenshots).
– Moving payments and charges for two tenants to Stessa from google sheets.
– Creating a more organized spreadsheet to reference.
– Recording a Loom video of the process and workflow.
– You’ll get access to all the tools (Venmo, mortgage login, etc.) and a video explaining the context.

This is straightforward but requires attention to detail. Experience with spreadsheets, stessa.com (real estate), and solving real problems.
