I am looking for a forms expert to make a payment page for my website michiganprocess.net
The form will need to be done with Formidable Forms business.
I am looking to accept the following payment methods through strip via Formidable forms, and have confirmed with FF that this is not an issue with their business license which is already installed on the site.
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Credit Cards
ACH
Please ensure you have experience with ACH before bidding on the project.
Payment form will have standard contact fields.
Name
Company Name
Address
City, State Zip
Phone Phone Ext
Email Address
Reference Field ie Invoice Numbers, Statement, Or Quote
Amount Paid
There will also be two check boxes before processing that they have read our terms of service, and payment terms.
This form will be for one time payments only. No shopping cart, or items. People will know the amount to pay in advance as they have received a paper bill from us. This payment page is just a place for them to visit our site to make a one time payment. I have attached an example of an invoice a client would have gotten via email. This payment page in no way delivery anything but a receipt to the customer.
The final step of the form is the customer should be emailed a professional looking receipt for their purchase, and a copy of the receipt should go to our email as well so we can update their balance in accounting software manually.
