MRO Supply is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Freight Charge Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and matching freight charges for over 4,000 monthly orders shipped via third-party freight providers. Your work will be essential in ensuring that all freight charges align correctly with corresponding Purchase or Sales Orders and are accurately entered into our system.
Responsibilities:
Review and process freight bills to identify corresponding Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs).
Enter accurate freight charges for each order into our system using NetSuite ERP.
Verify and reconcile data entries to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with the team to resolve any discrepancies or questions related to freight billing.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy with sensitive billing data.
Maintain high levels of data integrity and quality while managing a high volume of entries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry, accounts payable, logistics, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience handling high volumes of data with precision and accuracy.
Familiarity with freight billing processes (especially with FedEx and UPS) is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite ERP is required.
Fully fluent in English with strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
Reliable internet connection for remote work.
Additional Information:
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday. Flexible hour windows, but must be available during Pacific Time (PST) for training and meetings.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
