We are building an innovative decentralized application (DApp) that revolutionizes the way gamers purchase and own video games across different platforms and game stores. By leveraging NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), our platform provides users with a seamless, cross-platform gaming experience. Users will be able to purchase games and claim ownership through NFTs, which serve as proof of ownership that can be accessed and used across a variety of gaming platforms.
Our progress has been temporarily halted due to unforeseen circumstances, but we are back on track and are looking for a talented Front-End Developer to join our team and help us bring this exciting project to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Develop the Front-End: Build and maintain the user-facing side of the DApp using modern front-end technologies.
– UI/UX Overhaul: Collaborate closely with designers and stakeholders to improve the current user interface and experience, ensuring a smooth and intuitive platform for users of all backgrounds.
– Integrate Blockchain Functionality: Work with blockchain and smart contract teams to ensure that the front-end interacts seamlessly with the underlying decentralized backend (e.g., NFT transactions, wallet integrations, etc.).
– Cross-Platform Compatibility: Ensure the DApp works flawlessly across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and integrates with multiple gaming platforms and stores.
– Optimize for Performance: Ensure the application is optimized for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
– Collaborate in an Agile Environment: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and product managers to refine the product vision and bring it to life.
What We’re Looking For:
– Technical Skills:
– Strong proficiency in React.js (or similar JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular).
– Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries to interact with Ethereum or other blockchain platforms.
– Familiarity with NFTs and how they are integrated into decentralized applications.
– Knowledge of responsive design principles and tools such as CSS3, HTML5, SASS/SCSS, and Tailwind CSS.
– Experience integrating wallets (Metamask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.) for Web3 authentication and transactions.
– UI/UX Focus: Ability to balance functionality with user-centric design; a good eye for design with experience implementing and improving UI/UX elements.
– Collaborative Mindset: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach, as you’ll be working alongside backend developers, blockchain specialists, and designers.
– Problem Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems, particularly around cross-platform functionality and user experience.
