About the Practice:
We are a growing psychiatry practice that provides compassionate care to our patients. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice. As a 1099 contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly, and that patients and staff have the support they need to deliver high-quality care. Excellent English are a MUST HAVE

Job Responsibilities:
• General Office Management: Oversee the daily administrative operations, including managing office supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring the schedule is efficient and accommodating. Handle cancellations and reschedules in a timely manner.
• Patient Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and other patient inquiries. Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with scheduling, payment, and other administrative needs.
• Billing & Invoicing: Handle billing processes, including patient invoicing, payment tracking, and working with insurance providers as necessary. Ensure compliance with all billing regulations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and proper storage of sensitive information.
• Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to healthcare practices, ensuring all office procedures align with relevant laws and guidelines.
• Coordination with Providers: Serve as the liaison between the office and healthcare providers to ensure smooth communication and operations.
• Office Systems & Procedures: Implement and improve office systems, workflows, and procedures to increase efficiency and streamline operations.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an office manager, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient with office software and practice management systems.
• Familiarity with medical billing practices and insurance verification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Position Type:
• 1099 Contractor (Independent Contractor)
• Flexible hours, but must be available during regular business hours.

Compensation:
• Staff are Paid Monthly
