We are looking for a talented thumbnail designer to create eye-catching and engaging thumbnails for our YouTube channels. This will be an A/B testing role, which means we’re looking for someone who has a good idea of how to make high-performing thumbnails in the education niche.
You can search up Charlie Chang on YouTube to see what we’re looking for in terms of style! We have 5+ channels that create educational content on various industries such as business, e-commerce, website building, and making money online.
We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of photoshop and the ability to deliver high-quality thumbnails that are great for YouTube specifically. This is a full-time position with a project rate of $5-$7 per thumbnail. If you are passionate about design and can consistently produce great thumbnails, we’d love to hear from you!
Please submit any work you’ve done in the past, as well as the links to the videos so we can see the performance for us to take a look and see if you’d be a good fit for our channels. If you have any data of when you helped a channel increase the CTR of a video by creating a new thumbnail, that would be great!
