Google Ads Manager – Review, Optimize, and Run Campaigns (+Weekly Zoom Meetings)

I am looking for an experienced and results-driven Google Ads Manager to review, optimize, and run my Google Ads account. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns and a strong track record of driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and audit existing Google Ads campaigns to ensure they align with business goals and best practices.
Optimize campaigns for performance, including improving CTR, quality scores, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
Set up, manage, and monitor new Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and other Google networks.
Perform keyword research, create ad copy, set up targeting, and create effective bidding strategies.
Analyze and provide recommendations to improve ad performance.
Provide weekly performance reports and insights, and discuss strategies during Zoom meetings.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven expertise in managing Google Ads accounts with a track record of improving ROI and KPIs.
Strong experience with Google Ads campaign optimization and A/B testing.
Knowledge of Google Ads tools (Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, etc.) and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
Familiarity with tracking conversions, setting up Google Tag Manager, and integration with Google Analytics is a plus.

Additional Details:

Weekly Meetings: We will meet via Zoom on a weekly basis (US time) to review campaign performance, discuss updates, and plan next steps. Flexibility in scheduling will be required to accommodate US time zones.
Experience Level: Must have at least 3 years of experience managing Google Ads accounts with proven success.
Time Commitment: Ongoing project with potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.
