Experience in government procurement processes is essential.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in government contracting, specifically in construction, facility services, and grounds maintenance.
– Strong understanding of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and other government procurement processes.
– Ability to draft responses to RFPs, RFIs, and Sources Sought Notices.
– Familiarity with government contracting platforms, including SAM.gov.
– Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing contract opportunities.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
